
Chelsey Elam grew up in Tulsa, OK where she attended Acting, Singing and Dancing lessons at Theatre Arts Inc. and participated in local theatre where she played many roles, including, “Mary” in T
he Secret Garden, “Alice Cratchet and Ignorance” in
A Christmas Carol and TigerLilly in
Peter Pan. She went on to study under dance at North Carolina School of the Arts, Musical Theatre at Elon University and attend multiple years of Ann Rankings Broadway Theatre Camp studying under such artists as Gregory Hines, Ann Reinking, Gwen Verdon, Ben Vereen and many others.
She returned to Oklahoma and began teaching at Theatre Arts in 2007. In 2017 she started Bravo School of Performing Arts, a studio that focused on Musical Theatre. In 2016 Chelsey had her first son, Wilder and in 2019 Chelsey gave birth to twins Huck and Harriet, and since then has been staying home and being a Mama. She is excited to get back in the classroom and is looking forward to an amazing year!
